Homeownership Education Learning Program (H.E.L.P.)
The Homeownership Education Learning Program (H.E.L.P.) is a free educational program that provides citizens as well as business owners in the City of Beaumont with information on how to continue to make their mortgage payments and operate their businesses despite the national economic crisis.

H.E.L.P. provides a public-private partnership opportunity that offers the community of Beaumont the unique opportunity to receive researched opinions from some of the best experts the industry has to offer.
  • Provides for educational community meetings for citizens and business owners.
  • Answers frequently asked questions about the national economic crisis.
  • Provides and informative and interactive website.
  • Proposes solutions (i.e. short sales, loan modifications, bankruptcy, FHA 203k mortgage, etc.)

H.E.L.P. continues to partner with local governments and real estate professionals to bring homeowner and home buyer education to Riverside County. Here are some of the upcoming classes that we have scheduled.
  • Homeowner Class March 12
    10 a.m. to 2 p.m. - Our Lady of Assumption Church, Claremont

Learn about your options with regards to short sales, foreclosures, and loan modifications as well as income tax ramifications for each of those actions. This class is a must attend for anyone dealing with financial hardship and difficulty paying their mortgage.
