Begin with Temple Exercises, created centuries ago in China by the monks to keep themselves healthy. It is a whole series to gently move and relax the body from top to toe, involving many different movements with minimal repetitions. These exercises help in learning the Form and enhance balance. Instructor Dee Coughtry has years of experience teaching Tai Chi and only has two rules: 1) No perfumes or scents 2) Relax and enjoy Beginners are welcome!
